KEATS will be showcasing local producers with a nine course tasting menu to celebrate Hampshire Fare as part of the Hampshire Food Festival events (1st- 31st July)
On Friday 21st July, Executive Chef/Owner Martin Aslin and his talented team will demonstrate their highly-recommended culinery expertise, by creating a delicious Hampshire focused Tasting Menu.
Using quality locally sourced produce from local suppliers, The Summer Tasting Menu will showcase new and established local providers with Hampshire produce taking centre stage (or plate!) Dishes such as Terrine of local Rabbit with baby leeks and smoked Pork Belly, Cured Test Trout, Monkfish wrapped in pancetta, Duo of Hampshire Beef and the popular Cinnamon Donuts are all set to feature.
Hampshire Food Festival events celebrate the very best of Hampshire Fare and local producers with over 75 events throughout July to tempt tastebuds. With a passion for supporting local suppliers and using fresh, seasonal local produce, the team at Keats were keen to put their passion and creative culinary skills to the test.
